The most likely culprit at this point is one of those addons causing taint (i.e: the ChatFrame should NEVER be secure like one of the errors says it is, and the only way to cause it to be secure would be an addon attaching secure frames to it). I'd first disable them all and see if the errors stop. If they stop, start enabling one at a time until they come back.
