Whenever a quest involves a 'pop-up' event, I must disable Carbonite in order to see it (which I do, provided I know that the pop-up should appear).

Example: Today I received the quest 'Pristine Dreamcatcher.' Once I completed the quest, there was no turn-in person or point to be found. However, once I disabled Carbonite, the 'turn-in' was a pop-up that appeared on the upper-right of the screen. I've noticed this same issue with the timer in the 'Proving Grounds' events.

Can this be fixed?

Edit - another example today was 'The Sargerei Menace' quest; I couldn't see the quest pop-up to complete it until I disabled Carbonite.
