Yes, its one of those annoying problems we can't quite get rid of. Possibly a conflict issue whether nUIs or the other addon's fault who's to say but I believe Scott is trying to correct the issue in version 6.
But, he's a thread covering ideas and suggestions that may help you. I think there are others but probably several months old.
