This is almost certainly being caused by one of the addons you are using in the info panel... lots of people are having issues with Recount, so that's my first guess.
Make sure all of your addons are up to date. Try disabling everything except nUI... does it load correctly? If so, start enabling mods one at a time until it breaks, then you'll know the culprit. I would start with Recount and Omen though.
