I play on a European server with my laptop so I don't have a num-pad. On these European servers, special characters such as ß, or æ are tolerated, and can make whispering to people pretty hard sometimes. I was wondering if a mod that allowed me to write special characters with a numpad already exists? I'm guessing such an interface shouldn't be too hard to create, but to make it truly functional it would be nice to have it insert various characters according to a series of keystrokes, such as CTRL+Y+' , would that be possible?
