It isn't. Which is why we ask people NOT to respond to crap like that, since it just bumps their thread and gives them more attention. It's why we ask people to instead just use the "report" icon, so we are aware of it faster, and can get rid of it. It's why anyone who does post crap like that is immediately banned from the sites.
