If memory serves me correctly...
The main bar, pet bar and stance bar are exactly what they normally are in the Blizz interface. You can just use those bars to assign your nUI6 buttons (for now).
The bar below and to the left of the main action bar is "BottomLeft Action Button" and the one below and to the right is "BottomRight Action Button" -- the vertical bar on the left side of the unit frames is "Right Action Button" and the one to the right of the unit frames is "Right ActionBar 2 Button"
At present, there are no key bindings for the two action bars on the bottom edge of the dashboard.
Anyway... binding any one of the keys on the Blizz bars should cause nUI6 to "see" that binding and apply it to the corresponding button.
