I think it's only been there since 3.3 or one of the patches after 3.2 as I never had that message appear before I stopped playing. But since I patched in the 3.3 I get that message quite a lot.
Now, the question is whether it only appears if there is a problem with the key bindings, if so that could explain why it keeps appearing if people are getting the key binding issue. However, I personally haven't had a key bind issue with nUI active but I do get that message once or twice on certain characters but I still can't tie down why as I have probably had the question so many times now that I have said yes to each character to the point that they are now pretty much using the same keybind set rofl. Not that I ever used keybinds in the first place rofl.
