As for the youtube video embed working it was working in that one category because we accidently had html enabled. I have disabled html in that category so now it shouldn't work on either addon info page.
To embed youtube videos here you need to use the bbcode tag (without spaces)
[youtube ]id[/youtube ]
So to embed this video
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H916EVndP_A it would look like this (with out the spaces)
