My latest UI is based off of
Real's work, but I've certainly made numerous personal alterations. Here's a few screenshots in some different situations.
Also getting a current video of the UI up in a bit, at the request of a guildie.

(The primary actionbars would normally be hidden like in the above picture, but the bars not only enable themselves when in combat or selecting an attackable target, but also when there is an active focus target - in this case, Hush.)
