Yeah i use to use it... it was good for what it was for but a little bulky. Not been updated since 05-04-2008 09:42 AM either.
I use to use TheoryCraft 2 (
http://wow.curse.com/downloads/wow-a...y-craft-2.aspx) because it put the numbers right on the spell icon which i like, but that hasn't been updated in 2 years.
EDIT: yeah Dr Damage puts the numbers on the icons too...
