I've been questing like normal (no out of the way quests for rep, other than the BE stating area and Ghostlands) and I am Revered at level 40 with all factions on my Troll Hunter. The only Faction I am going out of my way to get rep for is Silvermoon (I want a Chocobo), and I'm not really going too far out of my way to get that.
