Hmm okay thats weird. I thought I had posted up a set of pictures with the cooldowns displayed .. rofl Oh well here goes again ..
Shadow Priest Mind Blast showing cooldown correctly. Shrugs. No idea why you are getting the problem with your cooldown spell.
