Hi,
Personally I'd recommend starting off with Elv UI, it's so easy to configure and you can configure almost everything, most interfaces that you see on here use that as the core. Personally don't think you can go wrong with that. Throw a few stand-alone addons with it and you'll be up and running in no time!
