I have been playing on a Mac for a long time and have had little difficulties with any of the mods. If you are asking how to set up Adds on a mac and are refering to cpmpilations, simply follow the directions by the creators, they have always worked for me. I have used Ace, Mazzle and Mirage and they worked well with minimal need for modifications.
