I'm using quartz currently with Power Auras installed and had used ACB previously and am having no problems with auras appearing. Are you testing in a city and have it set to ignore whether you're resting or not? Also, at the bottom, make sure the proper spec is checked as well. Otherwise, double-check the conditions will actually trigger in your means of testing (spelling of names, etc).
