I was in batch #2, number 88 in line and never got flagged. I had changed my Battle.net email address about 2 weeks prior to applying on WoWUI for my key and have hosted my add-on with WoWUI for over 2 years. No idea why I never got flagged I just assumed Blizz didn't love me or my 8+ years of loyalty or they didn't like my hyphenated email domain (several sites complain about it being valid)
