The line you referenced points to the function ChatScroll:EnableTimeStamps(n). Maybe disable timestamps and see if the error still occurs? I know nothing about Fishing Buddy so I can't recommend a fix.
CTMod and Gypsy both have the 'count' feature already, so AceCount isn't needed. Thus the cause of your error.

Ah ha! Thx then. Didn't know the "count" feature is built in to CTMod already. I'm just starting to pickup ace and start testing them
