So I kinda took my UI, jumbled it up a bunch, stole ideas, jumbled it again, and came up with this. What do you think? C&C is awesome.
Player on left, Target on right (ToT underneath that in place of a power bar :P).

P.S. I couldn't get the runes to be the same width as the other element... blah.
***EDIT: I fixed the rune bars! Now it's lookin' goood
