I have the same problem that hatori1181,the map only shows a "minimap" circle in the middle of the map,and i have the option 'Minimap docks when map is maximized' unchecked,i can't do anything to fix it :/
Also i have a problem with the gather icons(herb nodes,mineral nodes...),that only shows in the minimap when i maximice the map...i cannot say it appropriately,i'm not english D:

How can i also fix this? i cannot farm maximizing the map constantly to see the farming route >.<
