Yes, well, the person you emailed is not the person with which it was set up and would have no idea wtf you are talking about at all. Tech support isn't going to know what arrangements were made by their PR/CR department. It's up to you, of course, but you can either believe me that I'm trying my damnest to get the frigging prizes sent, or you can choose to believe that I'm lying.
