Your layout is pretty common, and has been around since vanilla wow. I've done variations of that or other layouts similar to that over the years, and this is the first time I've ever looked at a screenshot of your UI.

As the poster above me stated, there's not much you can do in regards to focusing data in to a central section, and to be honest a lot of people find symmetry appealing, hence why you see UIs that are a lot like that. It's a natural thing that humans look for (it's part of why beautiful people are beautiful, the symmetry of their face/body etc).

I will say I do like your border art for the Sunwell screenshot! What art was that that you're using for it?
