AG_UF is a nice tool for creating unitframes, if you wan't to take it one step higher and have total configuration - take Discord, Discord may have high memory usage - but it has tons of configurability, the bars - well that depends. You could take Bartender2/bongos as the ones I'd recomend - or yet again, if you wan't tons of configurability discord action bars.
I'd also recomend checking out fubar, it has tons of good plugins that you can use to assist in the world of warcraft.
