I am sorry for breaking into this thread, but I sort of have the same problem. Except - mine involves the quests that have the "?" in the Quest Watch Window. Normal quests work normally. When I click the "?" in the Quest Watch, I get the normal quest window but when I click the button to advance the quest, it auto-accepts the next part of the quest and I never even get to read what I have to do.

My problem is that I never see the "?"...I can hear the 'chime' sound when it's presented, but no visual.
