Heh, I've done that several times, and yea, it's usually a great chance to start from scratch and get that 'perfect' setup, with a different look.
I usually delete WTF about once a month or so, browse the sites, look at new stuff and say "Hmm, that looks interesting" and I'll spend an hour or so on a weekend, just fiddlin about, seeing what happens.
