lol i dont know how you got it to load that way, but if these are the configurations under destregana UI there might be a small error in the loading :P, these were very old bars i used at the beginning xD .
but the circle thing my guess would be that its textbox 10 in the /duf configurations, i used it to make the border around the portraits.
So type /duf and go to textbox 10 and check the hide box then it should be gone.
