hide kgpanels if target has no power bar
hello, I was wondering if this is doable... I set my kgpanel and it works ok, but I want to see it only if the target has a power and hide if not. by power bar I mean rage mana energy along with special npc powers.
important note: I don't want it to hide if target has 0/100 mana for example. if the target is eligible and has a power-bar the frame should stay.
