Not directly in nUI5. And if you move the HUD button down, it overlaps the micro-menu unless you move it down and if you move it down then it falls off the console (unless you're using a transparent console).
You can manually move the location of all of the above by editing [ Interface > AddOns > nUI > Layouts > Default > nUI_Layouts_Default_Console.lua ] and changing the xOfs/yOfs value of the appropriate anchors.
