No AddOn can tell the difference between a base item and one with tertiary stats, because the game's own auction house can't tell the difference.
However, you can make Tradeskillmaster smarter than the average bear, or auction house. Speaking of BilisOnyxia, he create a massive group of all BoE 340+ gear, broken down into item levels. When you import his group, make sure you have "Ignore item variations" turned OFF.
Now, when you post items, TSM will try to compare the suffixes "of the aurora/feverflame/etc" directly with each other. Unfortunately, I don't think bonusIDs like Speed or having a socket are taken into account, but your results may vary.
