I use Zygor and I've not come across this problem... What was you doing at the time of the error?
Also are you using the zygor built in waypoint or carbonite's waypoint?
Also, you might want to report this to the Zygor addon authors... I'm not sure, but I don't think there has been any changes to the way Carb handles Zygor recently...
