I know this isn't the most perfect answer, but I believe this will work:
Delete the Group Buff for Mark of the Wild, and add a new "Gift of the Wild" buff. Then make the letters different (GW) or make the color different (bold/brighter maybe?)
That may give you the end result you desire with some configuration.
