the boxes around the buttons, etc *is* eePanels, but the panel along the whole bottom part of the screen is Skinner. It has the 50 pixel or so high gradient along the top of it (eePanels gradients go the whole length of the panel) and the chat frame is skinned as well.

I don't think sct formats it quite that way, but it has been a while since I've actually played with it enabled. Been testing Parrot lately.

FuBar plugins are (in order of left to right):
