You're right, it's not SCT, use it and it's defintely different. I saw the mod used on the screen featured on some mod site the other day but can't remember the name.
CyCircled was a very good tip. Still not sure if it's bongos or bartender or some other mod, will see if cycircled is compatible with those, that may shed some light
btw any idea what is used to make chat frame scroll buttons like that? or even better, some mod that allows chat scrolling with mouse button? i know ct_mod does, but don't wanna load it simply for that
