im need addons to
* automatic show me what itens need to reload buff to me and my friends
* and have one button for all !

tell me what itens im need use now
what is the best addons? pally power is not better than ZOMGbuffs is good?

then im need at least the best addon that can show me when im will need to reload again all bufs in few buttons or one! what is the best
