What's on the WoWAce page there is not a tutorial. It's merely an overview of kgpanels. What the op is searching for is a tutorial... from the first step of opening kgpanels to the last step of finishing a completely decorated panel.. one step at a time with screenshots and explicit directions on what to click on and when.
Unfortunately, no one writes these.
