Bright green blobs mean some texture files were unable to be loaded. Either:

- you didn't actually completely exit and relaunch WoW after copying the addon files over, or
- you missed copying some addon files over, or
- some addon files are corrupted, or
- some file paths written in the addon are incorrect, or
- the texture files in the addon don't match the criteria for WoW.

If you're still seeing the problem after exiting WoW, deleting the entire addon, downloading a fresh copy of it, reinstalling it from the fresh copy, and relaunching WoW, then there's probably something wrong with the addon. The last problem listed above (files don't meet criteria) is unlikely since the author would have had to notice giant green blocks, but if the addon hasn't been updated recently, it may have been referencing some built-in textures that Blizzard deleted or moved.
