This is one example where an addon is on the edge of an immoral cause. It proves to some people to be an invaluable tool and a nuisance to others. While handy in which they don't require the user to respond, they completely defeat the purpose of message when sent by an automated system.

Unsolicited?
Everyone who I have ever used to send a msg to with the addon has been kind, thankful and nothing bad to say.. ever... maybe that's why he named it "Polite Whisper"
