Yea, I already found royalbar at discord's website, but this seems to be a very modded version of royalbar. along with other textures and lots of other mods. I tried to contact the creater of the UI but no reply yet. Actually, i was at wowtextures.com last night and didnt see royalbar there.
EDIT: I searched for royalbar on google. Found royalbar 1. went into the search even more and found this: BINGO!
