I'm not sure if this is Carbonite (5.4 alpha 2), but sometimes after auto-accepting a quest I get a blank quest giver window that stay on screen.

Also, even though "Auto Accept Quest" is on, the fishing and cooking dailies in Stormwind never get auto-accepted. (this might apply to dailies in general, but IO'm playing a lvl 50, so not a lot of dailies).
