Nothing in RealUI conflicts with WeakAuras. Make sure to fully exit WoW, and that Weak Auras is installed in the correct folder (World of Warcraft\Interface\AddOns\)

For name color, do zis:
- /grid
- Advanced Settings
- Indicators > text-down > Colors tab (Colors found under Statuses)
