It is not PvP, it is a bot program being sold out of Germany. (No link will be provided as I am certain it would break the ToS of WoWI.)
A large discussion can be found on both
US and
EU(pick one) forums as bans went out to everyone using "bots". Perhaps more people should remember the terms of the EULA and the ToS before action is taken.
I assume the detection for bots may pick up a macro mouse/keyboard/gamepad along with Gnomesequencer as a bot. So this may be a slight side-effect of their banhammer crusade.
