Yes, there is, and you can update it from WAU. But it'll error out unless you install Ace3.0 as well. For some reason choosing "Download Dependencies" in WAU does not install this.

Can you provide a link to Ace3? When I go to the WoW Ace site via the download link (
http://www.wowace.com/wau/) I get version 1.9.45.718
And from the front page of WoW Ace they have a link to Ace2 (
http://www.wowace.com/wiki/Ace2), where's Ace3?
