Upon installing
Beta Version is 5.2.1 alpha 8 -
Every quest in Uldum I have tried on my lvl 84 toon says that it is not in the database. I can log onto other toons with quests in other areas and quests track properly (for the most part).
I have noticed that my lvl 47 toon in Theramore has some quests tracking properly (local zone quests) but others outside the zone do not, such as his quests in DireMaul. I have not tested if they become part of the database when I enter DireMaul.
On my lvl 90 toon, it doesn't matter where I go, my Isle of Thunder quests show as trackable whether I'm on the Isle or in Stormwind or anywhere else.
I have all levels checked in the quests database settings.
