Yea this has happened to someone in my guild. They were working on someones computer who also played WoW and it was known to have spyware. Not thinking he logged on later that night he got d'ced while playing and his account was suspended. Leading to find out that someone had been trying to log into his account while he was on it. They reactivated it within a day or two with everything intact. Although he did have to send in info to prove that it was his.
