I don't want to do this. For starters, this would make managing modules a nightmare. Firstly, it would mean that modules would be in the same tab pane twice. Secondly, it would mean that modules don't have a choice on how they want to handle the search feature. The way it is now allows modules to do whatever they want and to do it in an area separate from everything else to promote organization.
