I have had the same problem, but i found a solution to mine.
Could you test the following for me (and anyone else who has this error):
Open your questlog and check all your quests. Check if all your quests only have objectives which have a count of something. To be specific, try to see if you have a quest which requires you to do something, scout something, visit something and which does not have a number like 0/1, 1/1 and the likes.
If you find such a quest which does not have an objective count, abandon it. Then exit the game and restart, and see if that helped.
I found a quest which had me explore a cave, along with killing 10 bolder thingies in Stonetalon Mountains. I suddenly remembered the errors appearing after I accepted this quest.

this worked, removing the explore xyz quests.
