I think I know what you're talking about, but I'm not sure that this is part of Mazzle.
Open up your spellbook (default P hotkey) and look at the bottom of the window and I think there's a tab labeled Pet. Click on that and you should be able to see your pet skills.
As far as getting them to your petbar, I'm not entirely sure if this will work but try typing /bongos in chat and go to Visibility and make sure Pet is checked. I don't know if this will make your petbar visible, but make sure that you have your pet summoned/active and it should.
