Just do something to the round thingy it just doesn't seem to fit (for all other textures, too *cough*).
Except from that I really like how it looks (prefer the new one over the old one).
Maybe use a tiny hard chisel instead of that rounded/smoothed bevel/chisel whatever you used, with a matching color.
