ive been looking for someone to make me a ui like this.. and out of the entire population that plays wow there is no one who has it. (xcept for the guy who made it, and has quit wow) and he refuses to give me the ui.
any help would be great.. i want to know if its possible to make one exactly like that?

I took a long break from wow(im really sorry to those i left up in the air) I started working on this ui a while back then decided i had to break from wow. I do have this ui on my desktop somewhere i need to tweak it a bit but i could put it up for you use. What mods do you want in the ui? What mods are a must?
Ps. tell that guy i want his kitty XD
