Looks nice, i would like to share some of my personal experience with some of your components.

I'm not sure why do you need that much ram, but i would just halve it. Having 64 GB won't speed up nothing, it's much better to get lower ammount but better quality rams, i would suggest you the Corsair ones.

The Asus Rampage V Extreme board have a power in socket in the bottom, which made to prevent power fluctuations in the board. If you have a smaller case you won't be able to plug the cable in! I think this could be an issue with the case you choose.

The WD black drives are really noisy, i mean REALLY NOISY, and there is no way to reduce it's sound by software because it's made to be noisy. I'm able to hear my WD black's sound when it's working from the living room, which is like 25 meters away from my work room. Also when it's low on space it's speed is really gets decreased to even to like 1-2000 kpbs, which is really annoying. It's base speed is like 150 MB per sec, which can beat some low end SSD. But if you don't care about the noise (it has no noise when it's not in use) and you never use more then 70-80% of it's capacity it's a good choise.

Also i would highly suggest to you to replace the stock fans from whatever cooling you get with:

If you wanna go with a liquid cooling i would suggest some of the Cooler Master ones, i currently use this:

Because you can win 10-20 C and 10-20 dB with it, and you can run them on a lot lower RPM, which helps to get less dust into the system.

This is a 4770K here:

With this budget you need to forget AMD. :P
